Greetings,
We are excited to bring you our first addition of our Ark Homes
magazine. Our goal is not only to increase our exposure, but also offer
ideas and tips that we have learned in our industry. These should aid you
in making better choices and decisions about the home you want.
Ark Homes values its customers, plus its staff and sub contractors.
We believe that by putting care and value first, while working as a team
and building relationships, we can offer a superior product. That is what
makes us a special homebuilder and not just a house builder.
Earning a degree in business administration in 1988 supplies me with a strong professional background. While in college, I began my career in real estate and residential home construction. By applying the philosophy of value and customer service, Ark Homes is still going strong 17 years later.
My wife and I have been married for 17 years and are raising two great kids. Because of this experience, I can better appreciate the needs of families when they wish to build a home.
I offer many thanks along the way to many people, businesses and customers. There are many more we are excited to meet.
