Eighty years of experience! That’s what the Ark Homes in-
house framing and finishing crew brings to each home they
build. Ark Homes utilizes four or five crews of carpenters on
the job sites, one being the in-house crew of John Athey, Pete
Athey and Dan Gagnon. These men know what they’re doing; they have 35, 30 and 15 years of experience, and it shows. With their experience, they can identify potential trouble spots and correct them before a problem develops.
These three are up to any challenge and look forward to building a home specific to your needs and personal tastes. There’s no job too big or too small. When building your dream home, you want quality work. If something isn’t done right, they will do it over and do it correctly. They’re perfectionists, and they promise to bend over backwards to get the job done according to your specifications.
Besides their competence and skill on the job, the Ark carpenters are some of the friendliest people you will ever run into. That’s because they enjoy their job and believe in building the best home possible. With their positive attitudes and easy-going manner, they are a true pleasure to work with.
This crew serves as the eyes and ears for Ark Homes staff on the job sites. They have a direct link to the job foreman and office personnel managing each job. If a customer asks for a change, they can relay this information to the office, without requiring the customer to make a trip to the office first. This communication helps the job speed along, and ensures that the home is built as desired.
