Picking your color pallet
Don’t let the name "Corrosion Control Paint Center Inc." fool you. We are more than an industrial paint distributor. Over half of our business consists of paint and coatings for the new and existing housing construction industry. We have over 20 years’ experience in assisting people with their needs.
With new home construction, we start with the stain. Did you know the soft woods such as pine and poplar take stain differently than hardwood such as oak and maple? Also, different colors such as red and white woods can change the stain color. So, therefore, we take the time to match each wood, such as windows, doors and trim. The final result is they accurately match and blend together.
Being a distributor for multiple paint manufacturers we feel gives us the advantage of offering a larger library of colors for walls, steel doors and painted woodwork. If you can’t find a color you like, we can custom match any color you bring in from another paint store. We have already done custom color matches to match linens, floors, etc. After your color is matched, the formula with a color swatch is documented and filed for future reference.
One last note, if you figure the cost of building or remodeling a house, the paint and stain are one of the most important components but least expensive. So choose carefully, and good luck!
